Matthew Powell is an experienced leader with a strong background in economic development, communications, and municipal matters. He served as a Councilmember and then as Mayor of Cedar Park, Texas for 13 years during the city’s largest period of growth, guiding the city toward stronger development that best benefited the community.

During his time as Economic Development Director of Liberty Hill, Texas, that city had the largest increase in sales tax collections of any city in Texas. Matthew now owns and operates Powell Strategic, a boutique consulting firm focused on public relations and community and economic development.

Marley Porter is a visionary architect renowned for his unique, holistic, and financially successful projects. With a career spanning over four decades, he has conceptualized and presented architectural marvels rapidly and powerfully. Over the years, Marley has shaped the future of architecture through his teachings and innovative designs. His extensive experience includes working with prominent architectural firms and establishing his own firm, Living Architecture and Construction Management, Inc., in 2000. Marley’s expertise and creativity have earned him numerous accolades, including being named one of the Top Ten Green Architects in America.
